For the past few years, we have been heavily researching a product that we felt confident in to safely enhance the athletes that we personally train here at Premier Academy.  While working with youth athletes for over 17 years, we realized that there is a very important component of strength training missing from their regime. As a college prep training program, it was also important for us to find a product line that was safe for athletes going on to the collegiate level, and therefore NCAA approved.
