Team Travel Information

All parents will receive their travel itineraries the practice prior to the tournament that they are traveling to. This packet will come via email to the parents. In this travel packet will be the tournament schedule, facility rules, directions to the playing sites, hotels, etc.  Included in this packet will be your hotel confirmation numbers. Parents will not be able to call the hotel and arrange anything with their rooms until you receive this confirmation number. After you receive this number, you may adjust your reservation in any way needed. 

If you plan to cancel a room for any reason, parents must contact Brandon prior to canceling your room. This must happen prior to the cut-off date listed on your hotel form in your binder. Either he will cancel your room for you or he will direct you to cancel your room on your own.

Premier is not responsible if the hotel charges your credit card if you make changes past the cut-off date.
