Over the past 14 years, Premier has established itself as one of the top clubs in the country in the area of college recruiting. Premier is consistently ranked by Rich Kern (www.richkern.com) as one of the top five clubs in the United States for total number of athletes committing to the college ranks. At Premier, we treat college recruiting and college preparation very seriously. We consider ourselves the top choice to train for the athlete seeking to play volleyball at the collegiate level. Premier has trained and sent over 200 athletes to the college ranks to compete at the Division I-III levels, compiling over one million dollars in scholarships awarded to our players. While working hard to prepare for the next level, Premier players have created some great traditions over the past 14 years by receiving awards and recognition at the National level. We have had the good fortune to have many elite level players named to the USAV, AAU, NIT, and JVA All-Tournament Teams. These awards are given out each year to the highest level players at each year-end National Tournament. Premier has also had many players participate in the USA High Performance Program, which is a select program designed for top level athletes in each region to compete against each other at a National event held each summer.
