Sports Enhancement Training is widely becoming a
popular way for young athletes to gain a competitive edge in
training for their sport. Here, at PlyoCity, we are implementing our
Sports Enhancement Training program for players of all sports to
take advantage of.
What is Sports Enhancement Training?
Enhancement programs are
designed to enhance sports performance, focusing on explosive
strength, power, total functional strength, speed, agility,
flexibility, and proper movement mechanics. We feel very strongly
that our programs will help make good athletes great, and make great
athletes even better. To ensure an individualized program for each
athlete, sessions are kept at 1-4 students per class.

participant's explosive strength and power in all directions, and
improve speed, agility, and body control. We do not promote any
gimmicks, fads, or bells and whistles, rather old-fashioned
techniques of strength training and injury prevention. Our success
is based on a sound philosophy and research, as well as individual
attention, and hard work.

the best single piece of equipment used for explosive power,
vertical jump and first step quickness), Stability balls, Free
