Sports Enhancement/Strength Training

Sports Enhancement/Strength Training is widely becoming a popular way for young athletes to gain a competitive edge in training for their sport. Here, at PlyoCity, we are implementing our Sports Enhancement Training program for players of all sports to take advantage of.

The PlyoCity program is designed for athletes of all ages (we recommend 8 years and older) and all abilities. It is designed to increase athleticism in the areas of speed, agility, strength, and explosiveness in every player that completes the program. We offer four types of programs to accommodate every athlete at any time of the year or season. Sessions are ongoing and there is no particular set start date for anyone to begin, as classes are ongoing. This allows athletes and families to design their work-out programs around their particular seasons and individual needs. The program is structured for athletes to train at a minimum of one day per week in their season and two days per week while they are out of season. Athletes can train as much or little as they wish, but we do not recommend more than 3 sessions per week for even an elite level athlete. Each session is approximately one hour in length from beginning to end. All sessions purchased will be "banked" in the system for future use if a player cannot complete a program in the weeks suggested. Players can choose any session to attend from available session days and times. You do not have to come to the exact same class day or time each week.

We are confident that this is the safest, toughest, and the most productive program for training young athletes to be quicker, faster, and stronger for any sport. We will test each athlete one time every 10 sessions upon request. Players will see noticeable results after approx. 5 workouts! The workouts are set-up for athletes to continue their plyometric training program all year around. The program will advance players to a new level approximately every 5-10 weeks.

The most common question that is asked of this program is: "Is this program like the acceleration programs that are at some of the health clubs now that cost so much money?" The answer is, yes and no. Although PlyoCity is similar in the aspect that we are training the same core group of muscles to increase your vertical and quickness, the PlyoCity program is safer and affordable for everyone. We offer a program that is so intense, that we guarantee results of every athlete that completes the program!

Players with purchased packages are welcome to attend any PlyoCity class at any location.

To register, simply print off the Registration and Waiver forms, and mail them in. We hope to see all in the gym soon, ready to take your game to the next level!
