GENERAL RULES OF PREMIER ACADEMY
INDOOR & OUTDOOR FACILITIES

Individuals utilizing our facilities do so at their own risk.

 

The property owners, league operators, referees, owners and staff of the Premier Academy assume no liability for any injuries or accidents, which may occur.

Conduct within the Premier Academy facilities should be in the spirit of good sportsmanship in the stands as well as on the court.

Premier Academy reserves the right to refuse play and or service to anyone.

Violations of any rules will result in ejection from Premier Academy facilities and loss of privileges.

All Children that are not participating in a program at Premier Academy must be physically under the supervision of a non-playing adult at all times.

Only participants are permitted to be on the playing surface, including the north side area of the facility.

Spectators should remain off of the playing surface at all times.

 

Footwear for all participants must be non-marking rubber soled sports shoes.

Standing on any other surface besides the floor is not permitted at any time.

Participants may only use the equipment they are given permission to use.

No smoking is allowed in the facility or within 15 feet of the building.

No outside food or beverages are allowed in in the facility.

No food, drinks (other than water), chewing tobacco, chewing gum, or spitting is permitted on playing surfaces.

 

Trash, garbage and refuse shall be placed in the containers provided for this purpose.

No tables or chairs are permitted inside the facility.

 

No blankets or other similar items, are permitted to be used on the floors by players or spectators.

Electrical outlets are not permitted for use by players or spectators. 

 

Tripods are not permitted to be free standing within the facility.

No pets are allowed in the facility that are not tagged as a “service dog”

No foul, abusive, racial or derogatory language is allowed.

Possession or use of any type of weapon is strictly prohibited.

Any action resulting in the activation of a fire alarm under false pretense is a misdemeanor of the first degree per Ohio Revised Code 2917.32 and the fine is up to $1,000.
