Premier Academy’s General Manager, Chad Rutkowski, Named to Toledo’s 20 Under 40 Class of 2025

Maumee, OH — October 2025 — Premier Academy is proud to announce that General Manager, Boys Club Director, and Head Coach of 18-Antare and 18-Tiger, Chad Rutkowski, has been named to Toledo’s 20 Under 40 Class of 2025.

Since 1996, the 20 Under 40 Leadership Recognition Program has honored twenty dynamic young leaders from Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan who exemplify excellence in their professions and communities. Each year’s class showcases individuals who not only achieve career success but also make meaningful contributions that inspire the next generation of leaders.

Chad’s inclusion in this year’s distinguished class is a reflection of his broad and lasting impact on athletics, philanthropy, and community development. As General Manager of Premier Academy, one of the Midwest’s premier volleyball training facilities with over 370 college athlete commitments, Chad has helped shape the next generation of student-athletes through his leadership, vision, and dedication to opportunity and access.

Beyond volleyball, Chad’s work extends deeply into the community. As the Senior Development Officer at United Way of Greater Toledo, he has raised over $9.5 million for United Way, co-authored a nationally published article on pandemic response, and played an instrumental role in building partnerships that connect youth sports with service, education, and philanthropy.
